As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will help create meaningful experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will be a vital part of their daily routines—offering empathy, understanding, and assistance with daily activities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

This role is about much more than caregiving—it’s about being a friend, an observer, a patient partner, and a comforting presence. From organizing engaging activities to assisting with meals and bedtime routines, you’ll help set the stage for a fulfilling day in the lives of those you serve.

Starting Wage:

$19–$21 per hour

Shift Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate empathy and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Observe residents’ interests and assist in developing personalized engagement plans.
• Create an inviting and organized environment for resident activities and routines.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including eating, dressing, and mobility.
• Accurately document care provided and any changes in condition.
• Support orientation and mentoring for new memory care team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and English communication skills.
• Physically active—standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to assist residents with movement and recovery from falls.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
