Job Description

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team pioneering technological innovations in the restaurant industry. Utilizing cutting-edge AI, this team builds novel solutions to optimize client operations, drive efficiency, and promote sustainability. This position is based in St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL, following Ecolab's hybrid work policy (no remote option currently available).

What You Will Do

• Lead development and implementation of scalable applications using .NET Core or Python.

• Design and review end-to-end solutions using Azure services (Data Factory, Blob Storage, SQL/NoSQL).

• Mentor junior developers and foster team growth.

• Build responsive UIs using React, SCSS/CSS, Streamlit, or Flask.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews.

• Implement CI/CD practices using Git and other version control tools.

• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of combined education and relevant experience.

• 5 years in full stack development or similar role.

• Proficiency in .NET Core or Python, React, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Experience with IDEs like Jupyter Notebooks or VS Code.

• Working knowledge of Azure (Data Factory, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, DevOps, AD).

• Familiar with Git and CI/CD practices.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Experience with early-stage product development.

• History of deploying products in fast-paced environments.

• Collaboration with SMEs in areas like Computer Vision AI.

• Ability to work flexibly across roles.

Compensation

Annual pay range: $98,600.00 - $148,000.00. Final compensation based on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. Ecolab complies with all applicable wage and hour laws.
