District Manager

Description:

As a global leader in water treatment and process solutions, Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a highly motivated District Sales Manager to join our Global Chem division. This role is designed for a driven individual who thrives in a consultative, client-focused environment. You will be responsible for revenue and profit growth by building strong customer relationships, providing system assurance programs, and introducing cutting-edge water technology solutions to both new and existing clients.

• Passionate about solving meaningful global challenges related to water, health, and safety.
• Excited to lead a talented team of sales engineers and technical representatives.
• Dedicated to achieving and exceeding district growth goals with a strategic, data-driven approach.
• Ready to travel (up to 50%) across a multi-state territory including PA, NJ, NY, OH, and KY.
• Located within a commutable distance of Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, or Detroit, MI.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree (required); Engineering or Life Sciences background preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• 5+ years of successful technical or outside sales experience, with a proven consultative approach.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial systems such as boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet company vehicle eligibility.

• Annual total compensation range: $138,200 - $207,400 (based on experience and performance).
